La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Colorado Springs North

Loved our stay here! Perfect for our family. Rooms with 2 queen beds are a little small but we worked with it. Pool heater needs an upgrade and hot tub was unfortunately covered (sounds like it's running, just the cover is wedged under the railing no one seems to have bothered to move it). Ladies that made and restocked everything at breakfast were wonderful and helpful to anyone that required assistance. We would absolutely stay here again and the bonus is they are pet friendly with a $25 fee.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Seth and the exceptional care he shows in keeping both the property and guests safe. He consistently takes extra precautions and never hesitates to go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled properly. His attention to detail, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly make a difference. It’s reassuring to know that someone so committed and dependable is looking out for everyone. Great place. People were wonderful. Clean rooms. Indoor pool and the rest is outside so you have the best of both worlds.

I love this hotel so much. They are so cleans and friendly. They make me feel wanted and not out of place and it’s so safe. Very beautiful women Leslie she does her job she makes you feel like a friend. Melissa wonderful manager she pulls through and defends my name at times. And the new worker Heida she’s such a cutie hasn’t been here long but she fits right in. Never have no issues at this hotel and I never will. Thank you so much

Great place to stay. Modern clean facility. My room proved quiet and comfortable. Staff worked in a very friendly way. I will be back.

The staff here are the BEST... clean towels and fresh sheets with views of the mountains and the USAFA. The rooms are narrow as apposed to the location down South, which are wide. Both location are excellent and have their advantages although, the Springs is small enough you can take it all in, mostly in one day.

My wife and I stayed here last night and it was a great experience. With the Wyndham rewards program, it made the check in process much faster. The gentleman at the front desk even was very helpful through text messages in answering all of my questions! The room was very clean, and smelled nice. The refrigerator and tv were bigger than most average hotels. They have better toiletries for their bathrooms then the usual soap bar and tiny shampoo bottle The staff are also very friendly and nice. The breakfast was delicious. Even the interactions from other guests were friendly! Very thankful for our stay!

I am absolutely astonished by the customer service at this location. Melissa deserves a raise and then some with how she went above and beyond to help me find a very valuable necklace I left behind after my stay. She even went up to the room herself and helped me find the necklace. The trust worthiness and genuine customer care of this place deserves 5 stars all around. Plus they have mountain view rooms with A HOT TUB IN THE LIVING ROOM!! Will definitely be staying here again next time I travel through Colorado Springs. Thank you again Melissa from the front desk and Elizabeth from housekeeping, you both saved the day! Pristine cleanliness by the way, thoroughly impressed.
